They sit in the HoM and do nothing. Literally, they do nothing. You don't even see them 99.9% of play time. Do we really want ArenaNet to take time out from developing and coding substantial things such as new quests, content and class rebalances just to create a few token assets no-one is going to look at beyond their first appearance?
